Jennifer Mahlstedt is a personal trainer and fitness instructor teaching cardio kickboxing, spinning, Pilates and bootcamp classes, in Miami, Florida. She is also an independent distributer for 'It Works!' Products. Jen is a mom of four and loves staying fit.
