About Me

Jennifer Mahlstedt is a personal trainer and fitness instructor teaching cardio kickboxing, spinning, Pilates and bootcamp classes, in Miami, Florida. She is also an independent distributer for 'It Works!' Products. Jen is a mom of four and loves staying fit. Helping people learn how to exercise and live a healthier lifestyle has been her passion for the past 14 years.
